Convert a Photo to a PDF for a Form or Email

A single-page raster PDF is useful when an upload form accepts PDF but your source is an image.

Method

Fit the original inside an A4 page rather than stretch it. Preserve legibility and avoid unnecessary shrinking of small printed text. If the source is transparent, use a white page matte, and review orientation in a PDF viewer before sending.

Verification and limitations

Raster-to-PDF does not make the text editable or searchable; use OCR only with a verified language model and quality review.
